Frank Theodore 'Ted' Levine (born May 29, 1957) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Buffalo Bill in The Silence of the Lambs and Captain Leland Stottlemeyer in the television series Monk.
The Eds and their friends are hitting the streets as they team up with FBI agent, Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker), to investigate a series of hijackings by going undercover with a street gang led by Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel).
