Tom Hopper (born 28 January 1985 in Coalville, Leicestershire) is an English actor who has appeared in several television programmes and films including Merlin, Doctor Who, Casualty and Tormented.
Set in the fictional town of Dimmsdale, California, The Fairly OddParents tells the story of a miserable 10-year-old boy named Timmy Turner who is neglected by his parents and tortured by his babysitter, Vicky.
