This is a parody on Pixar’s Cars 2, where it follows the crew of Jerome Horwitz Elementary School, alongside a few of their allies, heading overseas for the first-ever World Grand Prix. While most of the crew has their eyes on the road to the championship, Captain Underpants, George, Harold, Erica, Sergeant Boxers, Mr. Ree, Moxie and Itsius take a detour to international espionage when he meets British master spy James McBomb and stunning spies-in-training Jennifer Stark and Lucy Sloane.
