Kenway County, a fictional region of Ohio, United States, with mountains, rivers, forests, rural areas and beautiful small towns are very real and based on both landscapes of Ohio and in the American Heartland which was established by the Mohawk Assassin Ratonhnhaké:ton as Connor Kenway on 1 June 1796 after defeating the British Templars including his father and Grand Master of the Templars Haytham Kenway and Charles Lee after the end of the American Revolution which had liberated the Thirteen Colonies from Templar Control and established a new Assassin headquarters and hideouts in the new region like the established Kenway County at the heart of Ohio's Heartlands like any other states in America.
