Kara Hill is a seasoned member of the CMP and a combat specialist trained to fight terrorists, including CRF and Anti-Tech radicals. She is extremely tough and uncompromising. From the start, there is a great deal of tension between her and Alex. Kara has no sympathy for the young Anti-Tech radicals. She views the investigation into their murder merely as a necessary duty. But gradually, she is forced to reevaluate her stance. In the fight against Suvorov’s group, she leads an anti-terrorist unit that joins forces with Alex and Scott’s team. She is a member of the Ironclad Patriots (IP) faction, just like Commander Jack Reed.
