Jack Reed is the Commander of the CMP in Megapolis New London. He has a natural authority and comes across as someone who can motivate others. A member of the IP faction. Unlike Alex, he is more militaristic, but he respects his colleagues in the CSB. On the other hand, he often clashes with members of the HL. Nevertheless, he is not a fanatic and is willing to change his mind if he realizes he is wrong. He is a steadfast support for his people following a clash with CRF agents.
