Fan Casting Shroud in The Dispatch Boys

Originally a superhero in the Brave Brigades, he turned to villainy after killing his ally, Astral. As leader of the Red Ring, he is a cold, methodical mastermind who wears a skull-like mask and a black trench coat. His power stems from a "Prediction Algorithm" implant in his brain, allowing him to calculate outcomes with near-clairvoyant accuracy. However, this reliance on logic is his undoing; he struggles with unpredictable human choices or "third options" he hasn't modeled. He seeks the Astral Pulse to achieve true omniscience. In combat, Shroud uses cybernetic augments and pilots a massive, spider-like mecha suit equipped with energy beams and superhuman strength.
