Curtis Eugene Gammage is an American Actor and Filmmaker. He had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the business. He worked on both sides of the camera; on big budget films as well as Independent Films. He's best know for his role as Nicholas Butler in Silent Cry(Re-loaded) and Jerome Jackson in the film Good Deed. Both projects were filmed and produced by C&T Entertainment/Curtis Thina Films LLC. Curtis Eugene Gammage was born in Albany, Georgia. He is the youngest of 7 children on his mother's side and about 14 on his dad's side. His dad's side took a hit after the passing of their Father in 2016. After graduating from high school, Curtis enrolled in the Navy. Shortly after the Navy, he attended College in Albany, Georgia and later moved to Memphis, TN and attended college there as well. He later moved to Atlanta, Georgia and however, he caught the acting bug while getting a haircut from his barber. His Barber/Acting Coach inspired him to come to his acting classes in Decatur, Georgia. (A suburb Of Atlanta, Georgia.) At first he didn't make a move on the idea of being an Actor until, one day he was watching TV and he saw his acting coach talking to a commercial. Then he rented a movie from the movie rental store and saw his acting coach in a movie talking again. Curtis was amazed. About two months later he saw his Acting Coach in Decatur, Georgia again and he encouraged Curtis to come to his class. He went to the classes and really enjoyed them. Curtis first week of class his Acting Coach told him about a short movie they were shooting downtown Atlanta, Georgia. His Acting Coach invited Curtis to the set and Curtis got in his first movie. The next week his Acting Coach told Curtis about a play that was going to have 7 shows at a Civic Center. The show was a hit. Curtis had the opportunity to perform in front of a live Audience which featured two well-known R&B singers. A few days later during the Shows, A well know Director was holding an audition for a show. Curtis's Acting Coach told Curtis he needed to audition for the part as a host. Curtis told his Acting Coach he was new and he wouldn't get it. Curtis's Acting Coach inspired Curtis to go after his dreams and never to doubt himself. Curtis's Acting Coach told Curtis that he was a barber trying to act, but Curtis you have an advantage because you have sales and marketing skills, that will help you from being shy around large crowds. Curtis's Acting Coach told Curtis if he could do it, you can too. Curtis said he will never forget those words, his Acting Coach told him. After that Curtis performed in several Independent movies, commercials, music videos and major movies as well. Curtis had the opportunity to work with some big names in the industry. A few years later Curtis decided to shoot an audition of himself with a little small camera. He was dating a young woman at the time, who was doing her acting thing as well. They shot a video of her too, and submitted her audition to a production company, she was trying to be the lead actress in. She never got the call back for the role, But that was ok because something great came out of that audition they recorded. They decided to make a web series called Silent Cry. Curtis didn't know she knew how to edit and she didn't know Curtis knew how to film and write. They did the web series for about 6 months and decided to make it into a movie. They created the company C&T Entertainment /Curtis Thina Films LLC. They created a business that would not just showcase their talents, but showcased other person's talents as well. It was an amazing feeling for them. Over the years they shot Music videos like Care For Me, Clap For Love, Hold ON, One Step At A Time and many more. They also shot documentaries, weddings and commercials. They also shot their 1st full length movie titled "Good Deed.
