Jack O'Halloran (born April 8, 1943) is an American actor and former boxer. He is best known for playing Non in the Superman films (1978–80), and also appeared in King Kong, Dragnet, The Flintstones and other movies and TV shows.
It's been eight years since Batman became a fugitive upon assuming Harvey Dent's death. The harsh Dent Law continues to defuse Gotham's crime, though the arrival of a thieving cat and a mysterious masked terrorist will change everything.
