Created to preserve intergalactic order, the Green Lanterns have been around for several centuries. Their newest recruit, Hal Jordan, is the first human to join their ranks. The Green Lanterns have little respect for the humans, who have thus far been unable to harness the powers of the rings each member wears. But Jordan, a skilled test pilot has to face a new enemy called Parallax who threatens the universe.
