American actor, writer, and director Garrett Wareing was born in College Station, Texas. He is known for "Ransom Canyon" (2025), "The Long Walk" (2025), and "God is a Bullet" (2023).
He lead in his debut film "Boychoir" (2014) opposite Oscar winners Dustin Hoffman and Kathy Bates. He then went on to star in blockbuster "Independence Day: Resurgence" (2016) and followed up with "Perfect" (2018) presented by Steven Soderbergh.
Wareing also starred in Netflix's hit show "Manifest" (2020-2023) as well as his written and directorial debut "The Difficulties of Being Drunk Alone" (2022).
Set in Los Angeles in 2012, the series follows Emma Carstairs, Julian Blackthorn, Cristina Rosales, and the other residents of the Los Angeles Institute.
