A former industrial chemist who can create and control toxic gasses. Smog uses his knowledge to create lethal gas-based weapons and wreak havoc in the city. He can produce and control various toxic gasses, making him a dangerous opponent in close quarters. His motivation is by aiming to punish corporations and individuals he deems responsible for environmental destruction and his personal grievances.
