To that end, he encourages Mary to become Henry's lover and a Man Manipulated Cruel is Controlled and His Ambition Has No Limits subsequently, Anne to seek the highest status of a royal wedding. Together with Norfolk and Suffolk, Boleyn projects the fall of Cardinal Wolsey. He then becomes one of the main members of the Royal Council, although somewhat subordinate to his two fellow conspirators in the joint handling of the country's affairs.
