As the 19th Century draws to a close, an elderly Queen Victoria must prepare her successors for a new Europe. This series will cover the latter years of Victoria's reign including the scandalous life and death of her grandson, the infamous Prince Albert Victor, then will go on through the reigns of Edward VII and George V and will cover the abdication crisis and will finish at the outbreak of the second world war with George VI on the throne.
