Vincent Philip D'Onofrio (/dəˈnɒfrioʊ/; born June 30, 1959) is an American actor and filmmaker. He is known for supporting and leading roles in film and television. He has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award. His roles include Private Leonard "Gomer Pyle" Lawrence in Full Metal Jacket (1987), Robert E. The Crown Killer is a 2026 American action horror thriller film written, co-produced, and directed by Guillermo del Toro. Produced by Legendary Pictures and The Stone Quarry and distributed by Lionsgate Films, it is the first installment in the Dishonored Universe. Based on the character from Dishonored 2, the film stars Cara Delevingne in the title role alongside Robin Wright, Vincent D'Onofrio, Ian McShane, Rosario Dawson, Jamie Hector, Mads Mikkelsen, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Pedro Pascal, and Josh Brolin. In the film, Dr. Alexandria Hypatia is tricked and manipulated into drinking the first version of a serum meant for miners and farmers, transforming her into a powerful and deadly but unstable killing machine. The Crown Killer had its world premiere at the 83rd Venice International Film Festival on November 1st, 2026 and was released theatrically on December 14th; the film was a financial success at the box-office, earning $715 million worldwide on a $150 million budget. It received generally positive reviews from critics and was universally lauded by fans and audiences, who praised its originality, the performances of Delevingne and D'Onofrio, action, visuals, atmosphere, Hans Zimmer's musical score, themes, and faithfulness to the character's lore.
