I love the original and it is perfect in my book. This is not meant to be perfect but it’s something different. Imagine the original is the best food you have ever tasted is the original and this is your own homemade version of it. Not as good, but you still like it because you know you poured your heart and soul into it. Story wise, it’s the same but the pacing is different. It gives you chances to piece things together yourself and it is shot more mysteriously and more kin to a horror movie. Also it would be in black and white. Imagine what Batman Begins did for Batman. It kind of made things more realistic while still following the lore closely. That is what this is supposed to be.
