Hellboy is a fictional character created by writer-artist Mike Mignola. The character first appeared in San Diego Comic-Con Comics 2, and has since appeared in various eponymous miniseries, one-shots and intercompany crossovers.
After musician Eric Draven and his wife are brutally murdered at their wedding by cultists, Eric returns from the grave to take up the mantle of The Crow. His main goal now is to enact his horrific version of justice on the criminals in the city.
