Top Dollar is the gangster who was responsible for Eric's demise, by suffocating him inside a plastic bag. He is the very first higher-up gangster in T-Bird's gang that Eric kills by slicing open his stomach while he is in a bathtub, then proceeds to drown him in a pool of his own blood.
