Goin Braggart is a grizzled dwarf king with a tragic past. Initially, he harbored a deep hatred for elves due to their refusal to help his kingdom against a dragon and his father’s disdain for them. However, meeting Roki Rīfutorī transformed his perspective, leading him to respect elves and become a more selfless leader. Goin maintains a playful rivalry with Roki and wields a large axe as his only weapon.
