Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
After the loss of his wife, Clark Kent has retired from being Superman and has moved back to his hometown of Smallville. But when he meets a fellow Kryptonian, asking for his help, Clark must become the Champion of the Oppressed one last time.
