The picky, neat-freak, but firm CEO of Humberfloob Real Estate Agency and Joan’s boss. An unrealistic perfectionist, for he expects perfection in his workers and their homes. He can be friendly as long as people don’t get on his bad side when he starts firing employees out of the smallest accidents and if they don’t wash their hands due to his mysophobia (fear of germs). Do the same mistakes one more time, and he’s quick to fire them. He is always attentive at the company’s stock market and high percentages to keep it afloat.
