When Frank is sacrificing baby Jaime, Augustine watches from above, almost like a type of God. 1980 Augustine works as a shopkeeper, this could symbolize how in this timeline Augustine is trying to lure the teens to her shop to buy the cursed camera whilst under the façade of a friendly and warm shopkeeper. She tries to help the teens find a new camera and also can be strict when Jaime is playing with Azarov's spine. Later in the game, when Robert is asking for his dad, Augustine will act is if she's trying to help him by saying she will let his dad know he was looking for him. 2024 This is Augustine's most mysterious and professional persona. She invites the 3 guests to the mansion and makes private deals with all of them that ultimately turn out to be false, further showing how manipulative and sneaky Augustine is. In Chapter 2, Augustine has to go to her 'private reliquary' which adds more shade and mystery to her character. Even when her evil side has been revealed, she still tries to make deals with the characters which proves how determined and desperate Augustine is.
