Emma Weaver (born September 24th, 1975) is a former British television actress and voice actress. She provided the voice of Bella in Tweenies since 2000, taking over from Sally Preisig. She also provides the voice of Mina in the animated series, Jelly Jamm. Which is her final acting role.
