Carolina Giraldo Navarro (born February 14, 1991), known professionally as Karol G, is a Mestiza-Colombian (Indigenous Latina American and Euro-Latina) singer and songwriter. Considered as one of the most influential reggaeton and urban pop artists, she has received awards including a Grammy, eight Latin Grammy Awards (including Album of the Year and Song of the Year) and five Billboard Music Awards.
