Bill Istvan Günther Skarsgård (Swedish: [ˈbɪlːˈskɑ̌ːʂɡoːɖ]; born 9 August 1990) is a Swedish actor. He is known for portraying Pennywise in the horror films It (2017) and It Chapter Two (2019), along with the 2025 prequel series It: Welcome to Derry. Other horror appearances were in the series Hemlock Grove (2013–2015) and Castle Rock (2018–2019) and the films Barbarian (2022) and Nosferatu (2024). Skarsgård has also appeared in the comedy Simple Simon (2010), the drama Nine Days (2020), and the action films The Divergent Series: Allegiant (2016), Atomic Blonde (2017), and John Wick: Chapter 4 (2023). Batman discovers he has a son, Damian Wayne, with Talia al Ghul, who was raised by the League of Assassins. The film sees Damian, trained as a killer, arriving in Gotham and struggling to connect with his father due to their clashing personalities and values. The plot thickens when Deathstroke, seeking revenge against Ra's al Ghul, attacks the League and Talia sends Damian to Batman. Damian's recklessness and willingness to kill lead to conflict with Batman and the Bat-family, but they eventually unite to fight Deathstroke and his Man-Bat commandos.
