When his girlfriend is turned into bloody jelly right in front of him, disgruntled 30-something Hughie Campbell teams up with Billy Butcher, a strange bloke claiming to be from a secret government organisation. Working with a team of outsiders to expose and take down The Seven, a team of beloved (and marketable) superheroes, the group soon find themselves drawn deeper and deeper into a world of soulless marketing, government coverups... and even stuff to do with cloning?
