Ted Kord, genius engineer finds out that someone has found WWII legend and superhero, Blue Beetle's archenemy, Carapax's armor and is causing chaos in the city and is someone inside Kord Industries. Kord decides that legacy of Blue Beetle must live on and takes the mantle and decides to take on the enemy.
