This Memorial Day. Axle City's number 1 Monster Machine Racer is coming to the big screen, in his first-ever live action-animated hybrid film! For several seasons, Blaze and his best friend and driver AJ have established themselves as the top Monster Machine Race team in Axle City. But things change in the final race of their latest season, when Crusher pulls off his most grandiose cheat yet: overloading Blaze's Blazing Speed engine with Nitrous, causing Blaze to crash when he uses it due to succumbing to oversteer from going too fast, resulting in Crusher finally beating him. Afterwards, Blaze and AJ try to get back on top together, while Crusher begins to realize that it's lonely for him at the top.
