The biggest waste of money in the entire world

You have a $400 million budget but you must make the most mundane and boring movie of all-time. Examples: A six and a half hour long all-star cast movie about a team of men replacing glass panels on a skyscraper and the only dialogue must be directly related to the job at hand and there are only allowed to be two jokes in the entire film. A five hour long movie about one man eating every single meal in a restaurant with no dialogue or sound except for eating sounds. A 20,000 hour long movie of Ben Stein standing in front of a wall of paint drying and it's shot in iMAX film and Carl Zeiss Planar 50mm f0.7 lenses. A four hour long movie of Johnny Depp working at a hot dog cart outside the Empire State Building selling hot dogs to passersby played by other A-List Hollywood actors like Robert De Niro or Tom Cruise or Jennifer Lawrence and at the very end a giant alien spaceship blows up the Empire State building like in Independence Day but they actually use pyrotechnics in the real building to make the scene more realistic and replace every single window panel on all 100+ floors with sugar glass.
