Paws is the secondary antagonist in Cats and Dogs: The Revenge Of Kitty Galore. He is a mechanical, cyborg cat who serves as Kitty Galore's minion. Although he rarely speaks, he just grunts, but spoke two lines "Meow" and "Come here." Paws will always try to eat Scrumptious.
