Joshua Mhlakela is a South African preacher who gained viral attention on social media, particularly TikTok, for making false prophecies that the Christian Rapture would occur in September 2025. His claims led to the trend #RaptureTok, where some believers gave away their belongings and quit their jobs in anticipation of the event.
