James Dell Talarico is an American politician, Presbyterian seminarian, and former public school teacher who has served as a member of the Texas House of Representatives since 2018. Talarico is the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in 2026, and has been called a "rising star" among Texan Democrats.
