Bob Ross was an American painter, art instructor and television host. He was best known as the creator and host of "The Joy of Painting", an instructional television program that aired from 1983 to 1994 on PBS in the United States, and also aired in Canada, Mexico and Europe.
I drew inspiration of this story from darrylhilmy3702’s stories about the best and worst people in human history. This story only has 3 roles: The best/greatest historical figures, the worst/most evil historical figures; and meh, people in between who are not necessarily the worst or best:
