After the life altering events of the Schmidt Season 2, Benjamin breaks out on his own in “The Benguin”. The Benguin sees Benjamin move to New Gunea to try and establish himself as top dog of the criminal underworld with his gang of loyal companions. They come into conflict with the Seducer Squad, a rival gang led by a Richard De La Ruina, who is known in criminal circles as the ruthless criminal the ‘Seducer’. All of this happens while Solid Schmidt is forced to reconnect with his estranged family who runs their own criminal organization. Ultimately it’s going to have to be up to Benjamin and Solid Schmidt to put aside old rivalries and come together with Solid Schmidt’s family to come out on top and establish themselves as New Guinea’s chief operators. There is no lore reason for the show to be called the Benguin.
