While Ringo Starr is wondering around his old hometown in Liverpool, he runs into an old sea captain who tell him that he was been sent from a magical kingdom under the sea to recruit him and the rest of The Beatles to help him protect Pepper Land from an invasion. The invasion is being lead by the chief of the music-hating Blue Meanies, sending The Beatles on an underwater musical odyssey to save the day.
