Fan Casting Bane in The Batman V: Resurrection (1999)

Bane is the tertiary antagonist of The Batman V: Resurrection. Raised in a brutal prison, he was eventually found and adopted by Ra's Al Ghul to serve as an important member of the League of Shadows, with him using a strength-enhancing drug called "Venom" via head-to-body tubes, combining genius-level tactical intellect with brute force. All this makes him an extremely imposing, brutal and intelligent adversary to the Batman, with him being one of the few to actually defeat him by breaking his back. He is also fiercely protective of his younger sister Talia, even after she betrays both him and Ra's to help Batman.
