When Bruce Wayne learns that Gotham is in danger because of them; A new villain arrives in town, their name is Talon and him are a new danger to Gotham when he and the Court of Owls unite with Scarecrow to destroy Gotham. Batman will need to stop Scarecrow and the Court of Owls with Talon and arrest him to never have their plans anymore.
