Roman Sionis, a London mafia of the Sionisian Syndicate - ruthless and menacing group of crime lords and rough guards in East London. After many years disconnected by the Italians, Roman now opened a chance to reconnect with his old buddy, Oswald. The problem is there's a new crime-fighter and only the demand from Sionis to bring a great weapon against the Vigilante - which will released the beast that everyone didn't know about.
