Rupert Thorne is a major antagonist in The Batman IV: Heart of Ice. One of Gotham's leading crime lords after the death of Falcone, Thorne is secretly in league with corrupt Goth-Corp CEO Ferris Boyle and alongside Boyle is responsible for Victor Fries and Pamela Isley's transformations into Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy respectively, with both of them swearing vengeance on Boyle and Thorne.
