Fan Casting Nora Fries in The Batman IV: Heart of Ice (1997)

Nora Fries is a posthumous character in The Batman IV: Heart of Ice. She was a gentle, kind-hearted woman who worked as a dancer and was also the beloved wife of Dr. Victor Fries. Shortly after marrying, she fatally ill with MacGregor's Syndrome, a rare, incurable disease. To save her, Victor put her into cryogenic storage, intending to keep her frozen until he can find a cure. After an attack on Fries' lab orchestrated by Ferris Boyle and Rupert Thorne, in a fit of rage Victor became becomes Mr. Freeze, turning to crime to fund his attempts to save her while swearing revenge on both Boyle and Thorne.
