Fan Casting Killer Croc in The Batman IV: Heart of Ice (1997)

Waylon Jones, also infamously known as Killer Croc, is the tertiary antagonist of The Batman IV: Heart of Ice. A tragic, abused figure born with a rare genetic mutation—epidermolytic hyperkeratosis—that gave him reptile-like skin and immense, brute strength. Raised in squalor by an abusive aunt, he became a circus sideshow performer, eventually embracing a life of crime after being alienated for his appearance. He would eventually come to work for Poison Ivy as gratitude for her treating him with kindness and would also aid in both her and Mr. Freeze's goals to take revenge on corrupt Goth-Corp CEO Ferris Boyle and crime lord Rupert Thorne.
