Second movie of the Batmanverse: After the events of the first movie, during Oswald's trial, district attorney Harvey Dent gets half of his face scarred by the Penguin. However, something more sinister is happening in Gotham, as the city is being invaded by mutants. It is Batman's duty to find out who is behind all of this.
