Gotham struggles to recover after the flood, with the Penguin rising as a ruthless new crime boss and mobsters like Tony Zucco aiming for power. When the Flying Graysons are murdered in a staged circus “accident,” Dick Grayson is orphaned. Bruce Wayne takes Dick in and trains him to become Robin. As Batman and Dick investigate Zucco, they uncover a larger conspiracy called the Court Of Owls, tied to a mysterious new figure named Owlman, a smart vigilante who mirrors Batman’s methods but twists them into something lethal. Haunted by his own reflection in this dark counterpart, Bruce must confront what separates justice from vengeance, while Dick insists on helping, determined to honor his family by becoming Robin. In a brutal final showdown, Batman and Robin expose Zucco, clash with Owlman, and prove that Gotham needs not just fear, but symbols of hope. The movie ends with Superman visiting Dick, inspiring him into becoming Nightwing.
