Fan Casting The Scarecrow in The Batman II: Hollow's Evil (1992)

Dr. Jonathan Crane, more infamously known as the Scarecrow, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside the Penguin) in The Batman II: Hallow's Evil. A Doctor of Psychology at Arkham Asylum and former medical student of Dr. Hugo Strange, who secretly operates as a fear-based supervillain armed with fear-inducing chemicals, seeking to destroy all of Gotham through use of his fear toxins as revenge for a lifetime of being bullied and abused.
