Fan Casting The Penguin in The Batman II: Hollow's Evil (1992)

Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, more infamously known as the Penguin, is one of the two main antagonists (alongside the Scarecrow) in The Batman II: Hallow's Evil. The former chief lieutenant to Carmine Falcone and the current leader of the Falcone criminal empire, as well as the owner and operator of the Iceberg Lounge. He seeks to outrank Falcone as the most powerful and influential crime lord in all of Gotham City and proves that he will go to extreme measures to achieve his goals.
