Salvatore "Sal" Maroni is a major antagonist in The Batman II: Hallow's Evil. He is a ruthless Gotham City mob boss and was a major rival to the now deceased Carmine Falcone. He is a major enemy towards D.A. Harvey Dent (alongside the Penguin), with Dent seeking to put both him and the Penguin behind bars for their crimes.
