it's about a man who is losing his love to a disease and he himself is trying to find a cure and he was fired from Wayne Enterprises for his experiments there, so he created a gun that can freeze a man solid and he does that to find find a cure. Batman is investigating why so many people are missing and then being found frozen to death some days later.
