Fan Casting Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb in The Batman (1990)

Commissioner Gillian Benjamin Loeb is a supporting antagonist of The Batman. He is the corrupt commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department, and Gordon and Flass' superior. He is also secretly a major ally of Gotham's most powerful crime lord Carmine Falcone, who tries to eliminate both Batman and Gordon to stop them from interfering in their plans and exposing them.
