Fan Casting Carmine Falcone in The Batman (1990)

Carmine Falcone, also known as The Roman, is the overarching antagonist of The Batman. The most powerful crime lord in Gotham with much of the city and its criminal underworld under his control, with the Gotham City Police Department (except Lt. Gordon) on his payroll, he is overall responsible for the city's swift decay over the years. He also showed no sadness over the deaths of Thomas and Martha Wayne.
