Fan Casting Oswald Cobblepot in The Batman (1990)

Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot (born November 28th, 1945) later known as "The Penguin" is a major antagonist of The Batman. He is a powerful mobster in Gotham City and Carmine Falcone's top lieutenant and right-hand man, serving as the second-in-command of the latter's mob and managing its criminal operations, particularly the Iceberg Lounge. He also longs to take over Falcone's organization and become the biggest crime lord in Gotham City.
